Job Description:

LMKS Union Cleaning Services is seeking a motivated Sales & Lead Generation Specialist. You will generate leads, set appointments, follow up with clients, manage CRM data, and support business growth with your ideas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead generation, cold calling, telemarketing, and appointment setting.
• Follow up with clients via email, phone, and social media.
• Data entry, data mining, and internet research.
• Manage leads in Salesforce or other CRMs.
• Provide daily reports to the Supervisor or General Manager.
• Suggest ideas for business development and process improvements.

Requirements:

• Experience in sales, telemarketing, or lead generation.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and social media skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
• Organized, proactive, and self-motivated.
