b. Ensure promoters maintain proper grooming, attendance, discipline, and professionalism.

c. Conduct regular field visits and store monitoring.

d. Maintain good communication and working relationships with store personnel and staff.

a. Train Sales Promoters/Promodisers on effective selling techniques and customer engagement.

b. Guide staff on proper product presentation and product knowledge.

c. Ensure staff actively approach customers and confidently introduce Makuku PH products.

d. Conduct onboarding and continuous training for newly hired staff.

e. Motivate and coach staff to improve sales performance and achieve targets.

Recruitment & Manpower

a. Source, screen, and select qualified candidates for Sales Promoter positions.

b. Conduct interviews and evaluate applicants based on sales capability and personality.

c. Recommend suitable candidates for deployment in assigned stores.

d. Monitor manpower requirements and staffing needs per area.

a. Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance of assigned areas.

b. Implement action plans and strategies to improve sales productivity.

c. Analyze sales performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

d. Ensure proper product display, merchandising, and visibility in stores.
