Regional Marketing Manager

WIDEFIELD TECHNOLOGY SERVICES INC. (a technology & digital media company) is hiring a Regional Marketing & Community Manager to grow our marketing presence across an assigned region.

What you'll do:

Plan and run regional marketing campaigns; organize online and offline events; develop local partner channels; grow communities across Telegram, TikTok, Instagram and other mainstream platforms; own user acquisition, retention and engagement; manage a small team of junior coordinators.

Compensation — please read carefully:

This role uses a performance-linked base salary structure. Your monthly base is earned by hitting your regional KPI targets — meet the targets, earn the base. On top of that, you receive performance commission, quarterly bonuses, and channel-development incentives. High performers can significantly exceed the base. This is not a fixed-salary position; it is built to reward results.

Requirements:

Mature professional (35+ welcome) with a long-term business mindset; hands-on experience in marketing, channel development and community operations; strong execution and communication; an existing regional network is a plus. Good English required. Any education level.

100% remote. Long-term position.
