About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate professional to join our HR team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. In this role, you will work closely with our HR Partner to identify, attract, and engage top talent for our organization. What You'll Do:

• Post job openings across multiple recruitment channels to expand our talent reach
• Maintain and update candidate records within our talent database
• Review and screen incoming resumes and applications
• Conduct initial conversations with candidates to understand their backgrounds and interests
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Support the onboarding process for new team members
• Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Assist the HR team with various recruitment-related tasks as needed

What We're Looking For:

• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport easily
• Excellent organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• A high level of discretion and the ability to handle confidential information with care
• Keen attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
