About the Role

We are currently seeking a proactive and organised individual to join our team as a Remote Reservations & Listings Coordinator. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working online, communicating with clients, and managing booking systems efficiently.



What You’ll Be Doing

  • Coordinating reservations and managing booking schedules
  • Communicating with clients via email and messaging apps (e.g. WhatsApp)
  • Providing clear and accurate information about available properties
  • Maintaining and updating property listings across multiple platforms
  • Reviewing listings and bookings to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Handling customer queries and assisting with booking-related issues



Who We’re Looking For

  • Strong written communication skills
  • Highly organised with good attention to detail
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Familiar with online tools, booking platforms, and messaging apps
  • Previous experience in administration, customer service, or reservations is beneficial
