We’re looking for a Senior Paid Media Ads Specialist (META) with strong marketing strategy skills to manage and scale campaigns for Australian clients.

What You’ll Do

• Plan, launch, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
• Scale high-performing conversion campaigns
• Lead creative testing and strategy
• Manage budgets and improve ROAS, CPA, and overall performance
• Provide strategic insights beyond ads (funnels, targeting, messaging)

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years in paid media / digital marketing
• Proven experience with:
• Meta Ads (conversion campaigns, scaling, creatives)
• Performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR)
• Experience with Australian clients
• Strong marketing management & strategy background
• Agency or multi-client experience preferred

Work Setup

• 100% Remote (Work from Home)
• Independent Contractor
• Must be comfortable working on AU timezone
