We are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Specialist to support the daily marketing operations of a growing real estate group and its development arm.
This role plays a key part in ensuring consistent brand presence, timely execution of marketing tasks, and creative differentiation across digital platforms. The Specialist will work within established systems while also contributing ideas and insights to improve overall marketing performance.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and trend-aware, capable of balancing structured execution with creative thinking. This position is well-suited for someone who enjoys content creation, social media management, and supporting fast-paced real estate marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media & Marketing Execution (Primary Focus)
Social Media Management
- Execute daily social media tasks based on pre-built templates
- Schedule and publish content across:
- Facebook
- Instagram
- X (Twitter)
- LinkedIn
- Promote:
- Property listings
- Weekly development projects
- Weekend open houses
Content Creation & Design
- Create high-quality graphics using Canva
- Design:
- Listing posts
- Marketing collateral for agents
- Promotional graphics
- Ensure visual consistency across all platforms
2. Content & Brand Support (Growth Focus)
Copywriting & Content Development
- Draft captions and marketing copy using AI-assisted tools
- Align messaging with brand voice and campaign goals
Trend Research & Optimization
- Research social media and real estate marketing trends
- Suggest content ideas and improvements to increase engagement
- Support brand differentiation through creative input
3. Website & CRM Management
Website Updates
- Perform light updates and content changes on Squarespace
CRM Support (Lofty CRM)
- Update listings and marketing-related entries
- Assist in maintaining accurate and organized data
4. Agent & Internal Support
- Manage incoming marketing requests from agents
- Deliver assets (e.g., graphics, posts) in a timely manner
- Collaborate with internal teams via Slack
- Follow and update workflows using ClickUp
5. Reporting & Coordination
- Track content performance and engagement metrics
- Assist in preparing weekly marketing summaries
- Ensure all marketing tasks are completed on schedule
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Marketing Specialist, Social Media Manager, or similar role
- Strong proficiency in Canva (required)
- Experience managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X)
- Familiarity with AI tools for content creation
- Experience with project management tools (ClickUp or similar)
- Basic knowledge of website platforms (preferably Squarespace)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and communication skills
