Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for developing and maintaining a KOL/KOC with significant influence in the dropshipping industry to achieve company performance;

2. Responsible for cultivating influential individuals on social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, etc;

3. Responsible for the development and maintenance of lecturer resources in the industry;

4. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors;

Qualifications for the position:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, English can be used as the working language, with more than one year of work experience in the cross-border e-commerce industry. Priority will be given to personnel who have worked in market development in the same industry;

2. Has negotiation thinking and strong social skills;

3. Be able to control the visual and auditory effects of social media according to company requirements and local culture, and complete the company's brand promotion plan;

4. Capable of independently planning and organizing offline events, as well as conducting event recruitment;

5. Strong execution and communication skills, able to quickly implement ideas and have strong action capabilities;

6. Result oriented, with good communication and feedback, and self-motivated ability.
