Role Summary

IDEA Venture Studio is looking for a highly creative and dependable Video & Graphic Designer who can serve as a dedicated visual resource for our growing brands, primarily supporting PawPay and PetCoverage.ai.

We are seeking someone with strong experience in Canva, Adobe Suite, video editing, branding, and social media design. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, fast-paced, and capable of producing polished, conversion-focused creatives with minimal supervision.

This role is ideal for a designer who thrives in a startup environment, understands modern digital trends, and can consistently deliver high-quality visuals that support marketing, SaaS campaigns, branding, and online growth initiatives across multiple brands.

What You’ll Do

1. Design high-quality creatives for:
2. Social media platforms
3. Branding materials
4. Marketing campaigns
5. Landing pages and websites
6. Digital advertisements
7. Email campaigns
8. Promotional materials
9. Create engaging video content, including:
10. Promotional videos
11. Short-form social media reels/clips
12. Brand storytelling videos
13. Product showcases
14. Motion graphics and animations
15. Edit and enhance raw footage for marketing campaigns and digital platforms
16. Develop visually compelling branding and social media assets aligned with company identity
17. Maintain brand consistency across IDEA Venture Studio brands, especially PawPay and PetCoverage.ai
18. Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and leadership teams
19. Support fast-turnaround creative requests during US business hours
20. Manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines

Ideal Candidate Profile

1. 2+ years of experience in Graphic Design and Video Editing
2. Strong portfolio showcasing:
3. Canva and Adobe-based projects
4. Social media creatives
5. Branding work
6. Video editing and motion graphics
7. Marketing-focused visuals
8. Strong proficiency in:
9. Canva
10. Adobe Photoshop
11. Adobe Illustrator
12. Adobe Premiere Pro
13. Adobe After Effects
14. Other modern creative tools
15. Strong understanding of:
16. Branding and social media design
17. Visual storytelling
18. Conversion-focused marketing creatives
19. Modern social media trends and content formats
20. Ability to work independently and proactively during graveyard shifts
21. Strong communication and organizational skills
22. Experience working with startups, SaaS companies, or digital brands is highly preferred
23. Experience handling SaaS or Medical-related marketing campaigns is a strong advantage
24. Motion graphics and animation experience is highly preferred
