We’re Hiring: Instructional Designer (E-Learning & Training Development)

We are looking for a highly creative and self-sufficient Instructional Designer to support the development of structured, engaging, and scalable training programs for Remote Providers (RPs) at EiVA.

Qualifications:

 ● Proven experience in instructional design, e-learning development, or training creation

 ● Strong proficiency in AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok, and NotebookLM

 ● Experience with Canva, PowerPoint, and similar design tools

 ● Proficiency in Google Workspace and MS Office

 ● Video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar tools)

 ● Familiarity with Asana or similar project management tools

 ● Creative thinker with the ability to simplify complex ideas into engaging content

 ● Highly independent, detail-oriented, and self-driven

 ● Strong problem-solving skills and ability to align content with business goals

Work Setup:

  Remote (Work From Home)

  Contractual role

  6:00 PM – 10:00 PM PHT
