Job Description

• Open for both part-timer & full-timers.
• Performance-based. Potential Php 20k to 80k per month commission.
• Flexible working hours.
• Conduct comprehensive financial needs analysis for clients.
• Educate clients on financial planning concepts and strategies.
• Recommend appropriate insurance, investment, and wealth accumulation solutions

based on clients' goals and risk profiles.

• Assist clients in creating personalized financial plans.
• Provide guidance on income protection, retirement planning, education funding, and

wealth transfer.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular reviews and consultations.
• Generate new business opportunities through referrals, networking, social media, and 
• prospecting activities.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and ethical standards.
• Stay updated on financial products, market trends, and economic developments.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and claims assistance when needed.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Management, or any related field (preferred but not always required).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent presentation and relationship-building abilities.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Willingness to undergo training and professional development.
• Licensed or willing to obtain the necessary financial advisory and insurance licenses.
