We’re hiring an Executive Assistant to support the President with complex scheduling, travel, CRM, and high-level coordination. This role requires strong Monday.com expertise, discretion, and exceptional organization.


What You’ll Own

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the President, ensuring efficient operation of the executive office.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality in all matters; manage SES and the President’s social media accounts professionally.
  • Coordinate all aspects of travel arrangements, including expense reporting and reconciliation.
  • Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, appointments, and special events.
  • Maintain and update vendor, customer, and personal contacts; utilize CRM tools for information management.
  • Conduct research on key individuals and companies; compile credit reports and financial snapshots as needed.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to manage the President’s professional social media presence.
  • Assist the President in tracking industry certifications and continuing professional education.
  • Monitor and summarize industry news, press releases, and competitor activities.
  • Maintain an organized office environment; manage emails, prioritize tasks, and consolidate notes.
  • Support the President’s community engagement, including charity events, board participation, and peer group involvement.
  • Coordinate communication among senior leadership and branch management forums.


What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role, preferably in wholesale distribution.
  • Strong experience with Monday.com is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
  • Demonstrated skills in project management, file management, calendar and email management, and travel planning.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of discretion, integrity, and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable using time trackers
  • Own equipment required (i5+, 8GB RAM, webcam, noise-canceling headset)
