Overview
We are seeking a results-driven E-commerce Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize our online store’s growth across multiple channels. This role focuses on driving traffic, improving conversion rates, and increasing revenue through data-driven marketing strategies.
You will work closely with leadership, creatives, and operations to execute campaigns, analyze performance, and continuously improve the customer journey.
Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Marketing & Campaign Management
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns (Facebook/Instagram Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.)
- Manage email and SMS marketing campaigns (e.g., Klaviyo or similar platforms)
- Coordinate product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns
2. E-commerce Optimization
- Optimize product pages for conversions (copy, images, UX, offers)
- Improve site performance (landing pages, checkout flow, upsells)
- Conduct A/B testing to increase conversion rates
3. Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze KPIs (ROAS, CAC, AOV, conversion rate, LTV)
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Shopify analytics, and ad dashboards
- Provide weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights
4. Content & Branding Support
- Collaborate with designers and content creators for ads, creatives, and product visuals
- Ensure brand consistency across all platforms
- Support social media and influencer campaigns where needed
5. Customer Journey & Retention
- Improve email flows (welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase)
- Implement retention strategies (loyalty programs, repeat purchase campaigns)
- Monitor customer feedback and identify improvement areas
Requirements
Experience & Skills
- 2+ years of experience in e-commerce marketing (Shopify preferred)
- Proven track record in managing paid ads and email marketing
- Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO)
- Experience with tools such as:
- Shopify
- Klaviyo / Mailchimp
- Meta Ads Manager / Google Ads
- Google Analytics
