Product Listing Associate (eBay)

We are looking for a detail-oriented Product Listing Associate with experience in e-commerce listing management.

Requirements

• Previous experience creating and managing product listings on e-commerce platforms is required.
• Experience listing products on eBay is highly preferred.
• Experience with inventory management and price checking on online shopping websites.
• Proficient in using Google Sheets.
• Good English communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Compensation

• PHP 30 per hour (non-negotiable). No renegotiation.
• This position requires a minimum commitment of 6-8 hours per day, excluding weekends. By accepting the position, you agree to these fixed requirements.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage product listings on eBay.
• Conduct inventory checks and update product availability.
• Compare and update product prices from supplier websites.
• Optimize product titles and descriptions following company guidelines.
• Create or improve listing images when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records using Google Sheets and Google Drive.
• Ensure listings are complete, accurate, and marketplace-ready.
• Follow all internal workflows, SOPs, and quality standards.
• Update listing statuses and reports as required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with eBay listing tools such as Auctiva or similar listing software.
• Experience with Shopify, Amazon, Mercari, or other e-commerce marketplaces.
• Basic image editing skills for creating or enhancing product images.
• Ability to work independently while meeting productivity and accuracy targets.
• Experience with keyword optimization for product listings is a plus.
