Customer Success Manager (CSM)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Success Manager to manage client relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive product adoption. The ideal candidate will act as the main point of contact for customers after purchase and help them achieve their goals using our services.

Responsibilities:

• Onboard new customers and guide them through product setup
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Ensure customers are successfully using the product/service
• Monitor customer health, usage, and satisfaction
• Handle customer issues, complaints, and escalations
• Provide training, demos, and product support
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
• Collaborate with sales, support, and product teams
• Reduce customer churn and improve retention rates
• Collect customer feedback and share insights for product improvement

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (business, marketing, or related field preferred)
• Experience in customer service, account management, or sales is an advantage
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Ability to manage multiple clients/accounts
• Familiarity with CRM tools and customer support systems
