Responsibilities:

1.Developing new partnerships with media and Affiliates (eg. KOLs, influencers and other local crypto leaders), to attract first-time-depositors and trades

2.Maintaining the existing KOLs relationship and performance

3.Connect with the local community and monitor industry/competitor trends in order to optimize product, marketing, and operations strategies.

4.Providing timely, satisfactory and trustworthy customer service and issue resolution to Company’s Affiliates and users, proactively liaising with Company’s internal team, as well as provide improvement recommendations to Company’s management team

5.Being an integral member in executing on the strategy creatively and practically

6.Expanding Company’s client base and build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

7.Enhancing and building Company's reputation and business in local markets

8.Researching emerging Blockchain trends and recommending new company offerings to satisfy customers’ needs.

9.Keeping up with the latest trends on social media, such as YouTube, Twitter etc. and within the Blockchain influencer community

Requirements:

1.Previous experience in Crypto or Blockchain in the local markets, with existing relationship with or knowledge about influential figures in the local ecosystem

2.Track record in Business Development or Sales

3.Is self-driven, feels passionate about making impacts where the rules are undefined – listening to the market on what is needed and finding ways to execute and make impact

4.Is result-oriented, Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales and revenue targets.

5.Ability to analyze sales figures and write reports

6.Has superb leadership, communication, and negotiation skills

7.Bachelor's degree in BA, marketing, finance or related field; MBA is advantageous.

8.Bilingual: fluent in English and preferably 1+ local languages
