What You'll Do

Design, develop, and deploy secure smart contracts for production environments.
Build scalable blockchain applications used by businesses and users worldwide.
Lead the development of decentralized applications (dApps) from concept to launch.
Collaborate with talented engineers, designers, and product leaders to create exceptional user experiences.
Drive architecture decisions and establish engineering best practices.
Optimize smart contracts for security, performance, and gas efficiency.
Integrate blockchain networks, wallets, APIs, and third-party services.
Mentor developers and contribute to a culture of technical excellence.
Research emerging blockchain technologies and identify opportunities for innovation.

What We're Looking For

5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
3+ years of hands-on blockchain development experience.
Strong expertise in Solidity and Ethereum-based smart contracts.
Experience building Web3 applications using React, TypeScript, and Node.js.
Deep understanding of blockchain architecture, token standards, and decentralized systems.
Experience with Web3 libraries such as ethers.js, viem, or wagmi.
Strong knowledge of software design principles and scalable system architecture.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of complex projects.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
