Position: Spanish Billing and Revenue Specialist

Industry: Shared Services / Operations / Business Support

Work Location: Remote (Work from Home)

Salary Range: Up to Php 95,000

Languages Required: English and Spanish

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Filipino who can speak, read and write Spanish Language
• Open for any Foreign National who can speak, read, and write Spanish
• Open for candidates abroad who are willing to work in the Philippines
• Proficient in English Language
• Graduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in pricing operations or a similar role
• With familiarity in Salesforce, Excel, and SAP
• Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or Vendavo is a plus

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Process pricing requests based on company rules and guidelines
• Handle standard and special price changes in the system
• Process promotional pricing requests correctly
• Update price changes accurately in internal systems
• Review requests and reject those that do not follow policy
• Escalate complex pricing or quotation requests to the appropriate team
• Look for ways to improve pricing processes and customer experience
• Work closely with sales, marketing, and pricing teams to ensure correct pricing execution
