Admins Staff


Job Qualifications & Description:

  • Atleast 3-4 years work experience as Admin
  • With construction Industry experience
  • Maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital)
  • Manage office supplies and ensure availability
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, calls, mail)
  • Prepare, edit, and format documents (reports, memos, letters)
  • Maintain accurate records and databases
  • Ensure documents are properly stored and easy to retrieve
  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails
  • Relay messages between departments or staff
  • Assist with billing, invoicing, and expense tracking
  • Handle petty cash and basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Support payroll or reimbursement processes
  • Assist managers and executives with administrative tasks
  • Help organize company activities or events
  • Perform other duties as assigned
