Warehouse Assistant

Job Overview:

The Warehouse Assistant plays a key role in supporting the end-to-end processes within the warehouse, including inbound and outbound transactions, inventory management, and digital order processing. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate with various teams to maintain efficient and accurate warehouse operations for Argia Global Link (AGL) and its entities.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Order Processing and Digital Doors Management

- Process and fulfill orders across various digital platforms (Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok).

- Track each order to ensure timely and accurate processing and delivery.

- Support accurate data entry and maintenance of daily monitoring sheets for orders.

- Alert the Warehouse Supervisor to any issues in the order fulfillment process.

Inbound and Outbound Transactions

- Assist in receiving and inspecting deliveries to ensure items are undamaged and accurate.

- Document and summarize all delivery paperwork at the end of each shift, maintaining both soft and hard copies.

- Support the Warehouse Management System (WMS) by accurately entering relevant data.

- Report any damaged or missing inventory items to the Warehouse Supervisor, with proper documentation.

Inventory Management

- Ensure picking shelves are stocked and monitor inventory levels to maintain accuracy.

- Conduct biannual full stock counts and participate in regular cycle counts to uphold inventory integrity.

- Maintain logs and records for inventory quality and financial transactions, including reconciliation for petty cash and warehouse expenditures.

Collaboration and Communication

- Work closely with other departments to fulfill company needs and ensure efficient operations.

- Communicate effectively with team members and management to support warehouse activities.

- Take initiative and assist the Warehouse Supervisor with additional tasks, ensuring smooth daily operations.

Quality and Process Improvement

- Ensure all processes meet customer expectations and business timelines.

- Address corrective actions to prevent recurring issues, enhancing the overall quality of service.

- Understand the impact of order accuracy and timely delivery on customer satisfaction.

Documentation and Compliance

- Prepare accurate and reliable documentation for each transaction to support audits and quality control.

- Assist with proper filing, data entry, and document updates to maintain organized records.

Other Responsibilities

- Support ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor or Management to meet company objectives.

- Exhibit resilience, adaptability, and a proactive approach to changes in warehouse processes.

Qualifications:

DegreeBachelor of Science in Supply Chain Management or equivalent

Previous warehouse experience is advantageous, especially in inventory management and digital order processing.

Skills:

- Proficiency in using inventory and order management software.

- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.

- Basic understanding of warehouse safety and efficiency practices.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

- Ability to lift and move products up to [weight limit].

Schedule: Full-time, monday-saturday
