职位描述

Provide excellent customer service to ensure a memorable dining experience.
Take and process customer orders accurately.
Serve food and beverages in a timely manner.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.

职位要求

Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in a similar role preferred.
Skills and Competencies: Strong customer service and communication skills; teamwork and collaboration; multitasking and attention to detail; cleanliness and hygiene; physical stamina; basic math skills; conflict resolution skills; product knowledge.
Responsibilities and Duties: Take orders, serve food and beverages, maintain cleanliness, address customer inquiries, and handle conflicts.
Working Conditions: Fast-paced restaurant environment; standing for long periods; potential for evening and weekend shifts.
Qualities and Traits: Friendly, patient, reliable, proactive, and adaptable.
