· Preparation, process and releasing of staff loan application.

· Maintain Staff loan ledger and prepare summary of loan balance that is subject for payroll deduction.

· Replenishment and encashment of petty cash fund for staff loan account

· Bank reconciliation of Staff loan account.

· In-house cashier accepting cash/check collections and excess cash from employee advances and deposit on a regular basis.

· Prepare collection report per company.

· Reconciliation of deposits against collection per company and update GLS.

· Monitoring of GCash payments from customers of Ecommerce, Customer Service and YSDC.

> At least Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent.

> At least 1 year of experience in related field.

> Proficient in Microsoft Office.

> Good communication skills written and orally.
