  • Responsible for creating, editing, and maintaining technical documents.
  • Collaborate with teams to gather information and ensure accuracy of content.
  • Organize and manage documentation systems for easy access.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of documentation practices.

职位要求

  • Educational Qualifications: Must possess a Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of proven experience in documentation or administrative roles.
  • Skills and Competencies: Excellent written and verbal communication, proficiency in MS Office, and strong organizational skills.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Prepare, review, and maintain documentation; assist in project coordination.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours; occasional overtime may be required.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently and in teams.
