职位描述

Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pick up according to schedule (pick, pack, label)
Act as dispatcher and supervise the loading and unloading of stocks by the Delivery Drivers to ensure nothing is amiss
Provide assistance or direction to logistics and other stockroom workers
Ensure that all stocks/supplies reach the stores/Office on time and in good condition
Assists on performing cycle counts and monthly physical count
Receive and process incoming warehouse stock products
Ensures all received items are in good quality and correct according to the quantity ordered
Maintain all crates, shelves, and racks are properly refilled with stocks
Guarantee and maintain items in acceptable quality standards
Examine and inspect stock items for wear or defects and report any damage to supervisor
Store items in an orderly and accessible manner. Practices First In, First Out Basis (FIFO) of stocks. Keeps tab of expiration dates of stocks
Ensure that all supplies are properly identified, stored, and labeled with Manufacturing Date or Expiry Date
Determine proper storage methods, identification, and stock location based on turnover, environmental factors, and physical capabilities of facilities
Repack items/supplies that need to be dispatched in appropriate packaging
Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the stockroom
Fill in the position of delivery staff in the absence of any of the Delivery Drivers
Determine sequence and release of back orders according to stock availability
Recommend disposal of excess, damaged or defective, and obsolete stock
Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
Perform other related tasks that may be assigned by the supervisor from time to time
