职位描述

  1. Handling, updating, and assisting with day-to-day loan consultant concerns/queries.
  2. Assisting marketing assistants/BMs on pre-screening documents/requirements submitted by loan consultants.
  3. Boost sales engagement of assigned loan consultants per branch on delivering new/renewal accounts.
  4. Assist in the recruitment and Onboarding of new loan consultants.
  5. Escalate concerns, complaints, and other issues being encountered to the immediate supervisor for quick kills, and implement approved solutions on a case-by-case basis.
  6. Assist/execute programs implemented by the Trade Marketing Department.
  7. Willing to be trained in Ortigas, Pasig City, for two (2) days (hotel, food, and travel expenses will be covered by the company)

职位要求

  • 1-2 Years Experience or Graduate of any 4-year business-related course, relevant experience in banking and finance.
  • Process-oriented and technology-inclined, organized, and can work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Can communicate confidentially—both written and verbal—and is able to liaise with all departments and stakeholders.
