职位描述

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Technical with a passion for sales and strong knowledge of the salon or beauty industry. The ideal candidate will have technical familiarity with salon products and services, and preferably previous experience working in or selling to salons. If you have a keen eye for trends, a persuasive approach to sales, and love building lasting client relationships, we want to hear from you!


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect potential customers in the assigned territory through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct in-person meetings with salon owners, professionals, and beauty business clients to understand their needs, present our solutions, and negotiate sales agreements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to drive loyalty and repeat business.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the company’s products, especially those relevant to salon operations, and communicate their value effectively.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the Sales Manager regularly.
  • Stay updated with beauty and salon industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies for market expansion and revenue growth.

职位要求

Proven experience as a Field Sales Agent or in a similar sales role.

  • Salon industry experience (preferred) or strong understanding of salon products, treatments, or technical services.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
