- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product/service features, benefits, and competitive advantages to effectively communicate and persuade customers.
- Sales Strategies: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure exceptional customer service before and after sales to uphold customer satisfaction and retention.
