  • Assist customers in selecting the right IT products based on their needs.
  • Provide detailed product information and technical specifications.
  • Demonstrate product features and explain their benefits.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any product-related concerns

职位要求

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or Marketing is a plus).
  • Prior experience in IT sales, electronics retail, or tech support preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of computers, networking, peripherals, and software.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
  • Passion for delivering great service and building client relationships.
  • Ability to meet sales targets and handle objections professionally.
