- Source and attract candidates through various channels
- Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess qualifications
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, conduct interviews, and collaborate with hiring managers.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements
- Manage the recruitment process and maintain candidate database
- Stay updated on industry trends to enhance recruitment strategies
- Facilitate onboarding and new hire orientation programs
职位要求
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in recruiting and talent management.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in talent acquisition, excellent communication, and people management skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong interpersonal skills, detail-oriented, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
