职位描述

  • Manage project costs from inception to completion.
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and risk analysis.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and suppliers.
  • Monitor project progress and financial status.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide advice on cost-saving measures and value engineering.

职位要求

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in AutoCAD, cost estimation, evaluation, quality management, measurement skills, and process improvements.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Conduct cost analysis, prepare estimates, manage budgets, and ensure quality compliance.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with site visits; may require overtime for project deadlines.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, analytical thinker, strong communication skills, and team player.
