DUTIES & TASKS

• Develop and manage project schedules, tracking key milestones and deadlines.
• Conduct site inspections to assess progress and address potential issues.
• Compile and share progress reports.
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and contracts.
• Oversee project costs, including change orders and generate financial reports.
• Work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project success.
• Offer technical support to the project team as needed.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• 3 years of experience as a Office Engineer, or in a similar role
• Experience in quantity surveying and cost estimation is required
• Skilled in construction management software (AutoCAD)
• Knowledge of construction codes, regulations, and industry standards
• Licensed or non-licensed applicants are welcome to apply
• Must be willing to be assigned at Paco, Manila
• Strong at solving problems, making decisions, and communicating clearly.
• Attention to detail and works well with a team.
