职位描述

  • Customer service: Greet customers, answer questions, and offer assistance
  • Product knowledge: Demonstrate product features, benefits, and pricing
  • Sales: Promote products, encourage sales, and achieve sales targets
  • Inventory: Monitor stock levels, ensure products are displayed properly, and organize the stockroom
  • Reporting: Submit reports on sales, inventory, and other store concerns
  • Store maintenance: Ensure the store is clean and neatly arranged
  • With sales experience and Willing to learn how to assemble furniture

职位要求

  • Education: High school graduate (minimum), Senior High School graduate, or some college level experience. 
  • Experience: Previous sales or retail experience is often preferred, but some positions are open to candidates with no experience. 
  • Skills: Excellent communication (both verbal and written), interpersonal, and customer service skills are essential. 
  • Personal Attributes: A friendly, approachable, and sales-driven personality is important.
