职位描述

  • Lead and supervise the production team to ensure efficient operations.
  • Monitor production processes and implement improvements.
  • Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
  • Train and mentor team members to enhance skills.
  • Collaborate with other departments to meet production goals.
  • Prepare reports on production performance and efficiency.


职位要求

  • Educational Qualifications: High School or Senior High School diploma required.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong work ethic, effective planning abilities, teamwork orientation, and empathy towards team members.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee production processes, coordinate team activities, and ensure efficient workflow.
