The Warehouse Staff is responsible for assisting in the daily operations of the warehouse, including the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. They ensure the warehouse is organized, inventory is accurately tracked, and safety protocols are followed at all times.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and check incoming shipments against purchase orders and delivery receipts.
• Assist in the unloading, sorting, and storing of products in the correct locations within the warehouse.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist in stock audits.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners as required.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Follow safety regulations and ensure that work areas are safe and free from hazards.
• Assist in the loading and unloading of goods to/from trucks.
• Ensure the proper handling and storage of fragile, hazardous, or temperature-sensitive goods.
• Report inventory discrepancies, damage, or safety hazards to supervisors.

• Educational Background: High school diploma or equivalent (college-level education is a plus).
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in warehouse operations or similar roles, ideally in the Philippines.
