  • Process payroll accurately and timely for employees.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Maintain payroll records and handle payroll inquiries.
  • Assist in preparing reports and payroll reconciliations.
  • Collaborate with HR to update and manage employee data.
  • Support audits and implement payroll improvements.

职位要求

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, or a related field is required.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience in payroll processing or HR functions.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in computer applications, strong discretion, excellent communication skills, and HR consulting.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Process payroll, maintain employee records, ensure compliance, and assist in HR operations.
  • Working Conditions: Primarily office-based, with standard working hours.
