职位描述

The Regional Operations Manager creates and implement policies for region and report to an organization's top executives. The manager often works to identify existing and potential problems in their region's and implement plans to alleviate those problems.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement strategic plans for shared services that align with both immediate and long-term goals established by the executive management team and CEO, ensuring that all actions support the company’s growth and operational priorities.
  • Operational Compliance and Audits: Manage and lead all operational compliance efforts, serving as the PIC for client audits. Ensure that compliance objectives are met consistently across shared service operations, and oversee the preparation, execution, and follow-up on audits, maintaining detailed records and corrective actions as needed.
  • Shared Service Coordination and Compliance: Work closely with regional, country, and business unit managers to ensure all company shared service level performance agreements are met and that shared services are compliant with external and industry policies.
  • Healthcare Operations Collaboration: Develop and maintain a matrix relationship with the Medical Director and Head of Healthcare Operations to ensure that shared services teams handling medical LOBs—including customer care, claims, provider relations, utilization management, and care coordination—have the necessary resources, training, and operational support to meet regulatory, quality, and service standards.
  • Team Management and Development: Manage operations team leaders, providing oversight and general management of shared service functions. Oversee recruitment, technical training, and development of operations teams across customer care, claims, provider relations, utilization management, care coordination, and premium billing/administration.
  • Operational Efficiency and Quality Standards: Optimize, implement, and manage processes to drive operational efficiencies and maintain quality standards. Develop organizational plans to support business volumes and ensure effective capacity management.
  • Technology and Process Optimization: Recommend and implement optimal operating and digital solutions in coordination with Technology Partners to maximize organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Ensure all operations teams accurately document results, adhere to internal guidelines, and complete all required daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports. Guarantee the timely resolution of formal inquiries made by members, providers, insurers, or regulators.
  • Legal and Loss Adjusting Activities: Engage in loss adjusting activities and legal discussions related to settlements, ensuring alignment with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Employee Performance Management: Conduct regular performance evaluations for directly managed employees. Partner with the Human Resources department on employment matters, including disciplinary actions and routine performance assessments.
  • Special Projects and Ad Hoc Tasks: Undertake additional projects as assigned by senior leadership, applying operational and strategic expertise to support organizational goals.
