About us:

Established in 2024, Inversal Distribution trades in consumer products, selling online and to wholesalers. It also serves as the strategic Philippine partner of Inversal Inc., which has both founded and acquired 50+ brands to date

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to develop and execute marketing campaigns, create compelling marketing materials, and enhance brand presence. The ideal candidate has experience in designing marketing collaterals using Adobe Photoshop, managing multi-channel marketing campaigns, and driving engagement through both digital and traditional marketing efforts. This role requires a blend of creativity and analytical thinking to execute marketing initiatives that align with business objectives and increase brand awareness.


Job Responsibilities:

Marketing Campaign Management:

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, print, influencer collaborations, and events to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (sales, design, content, product, and external agencies) to ensure cohesive messaging and brand alignment.
  • Plan and manage content strategies that align with marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency across all platforms and communication channels.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and audience segmentation to tailor campaign messaging and positioning based on customer preferences and behaviors.
  • Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) for each campaign, ensuring alignment with business objectives and growth targets.

Graphic Design & Marketing Collaterals:

  • Design and produce high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, social media graphics, website banners, presentations, email templates, infographics, and promotional videos.
  • Develop visually compelling designs that align with the brand’s identity, ensuring consistency in typography, color schemes, and imagery across all platforms.
  • Utilize Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other graphic design tools to create and enhance digital and print assets.
  • Work closely with the content team, videographers, and marketing strategists to develop multimedia marketing materials, including animations, video thumbnails, and interactive content.

Digital & Social Media Marketing:

  • Manage and grow social media accounts across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube, ensuring a strong and engaging brand presence.
  • Create, curate, and schedule compelling content (graphics, videos, captions, and blog posts) tailored to each platform’s audience and best practices.
  • Monitor engagement and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner, fostering community interaction.
  • Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and TikTok Ads, optimizing for conversions and lead generation.

Event & Promotional Support:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing events, including trade shows, conferences, sponsorship activations, networking events, webinars, and product launches, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Develop event strategies and promotional plans to maximize attendance, brand visibility, and audience engagement.
  • Design and produce marketing materials such as event banners, booth displays, signage, invitations, flyers, merchandise, and giveaways that align with brand identity.
  • Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, vendor negotiations, equipment rentals, catering, transportation, and scheduling to ensure smooth operations.

Reporting & Performance Analysis:

  • Track, measure, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing campaigns, social media engagement, paid advertising, email marketing, and website traffic to evaluate success.
  • Compile comprehensive marketing reports, presentations, and data-driven dashboards for internal teams and stakeholders, highlighting key insights, trends, and areas for improvement.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, email subject lines, landing pages, and content formats to determine what resonates best with target audiences and improve conversion rates.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing, campaign management, or graphic design.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign (experience with Premiere Pro or After Effects is a plus).
  • Experience managing paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and website content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, Wix).
  • Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Active Campaign, Klaviyo).
  • Knowledge of basic HTML/CSS for landing page customization is a plus.
