职位描述

Contributing ideas to marketing campaigns
Conducting research and analyzing data to identify and define audiences
Compiling, distributing and presenting ideas, information and strategies
Coordinating promotional activities, events and interviews
Managing production and performance of multimedia content
Writing and proofreading creative copy
Maintaining websites and tracking data analytics
Updating databases and using a customer relationship management (crm) system
Monitoring budgets
Managing social media campaigns
Monitoring performance of marketing campaigns.

职位要求

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Experience in marketing or a related role, with a proven ability to contribute to and execute marketing campaigns.
Strong research and analytical skills: Ability to conduct research, analyze data, and identify target audiences for marketing initiatives.
Creative thinking: Ability to contribute innovative ideas to marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Experience in writing and proofreading creative copy for various platforms (websites, social media, promotional materials).
Proficiency in content management: Experience managing the production and performance of multimedia content (text, video, graphics, etc.).
Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and the ability to update and maintain databases efficiently.
Strong organizational skills: Capable of coordinating promotional activities, events, and interviews.
Ability to manage social media campaigns effectively, ensuring consistency with brand messaging and audience engagement.
Proficient in monitoring and tracking marketing performance, including the use of analytics tools to assess campaign success and ROI.
Ability to monitor and manage budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources in line with marketing goals.
Strong attention to detail in ensuring accuracy in the tracking of data, updates to websites, and marketing materials.
Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders to implement marketing strategies.
Strong communication skills for distributing and presenting ideas, information, and strategies to team members and stakeholders.
Flexibility to take on additional tasks as needed to support marketing goals and initiatives.
