职位描述

  • Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with established recipes and quality standards
  • Must be capable of cooking Thai dishes along with other menu items
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization in all kitchen areas
  • Assist with inventory management, stock rotation, and food ordering
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient and timely food service
  • Adhere strictly to food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed


职位要求

  • Educational Qualifications: A diploma in culinary arts or a related field is required.
  • Experience Level: 3-5 years of professional cooking experience, preferably in a restaurant setting.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in cooking techniques, kitchen hygiene, Thai cuisine, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced kitchen environment; must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong teamwork, attention to detail, and passion for cooking. Must be a self-starter, exercise discretion, and possess excellent organizational skills.
