  • Prepare and cook menu items following recipes and standards.
  • Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and presentation meet restaurant guidelines.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace.
  • Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food service.
  • Follow health and safety regulations at all times.

职位要求

  • Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Culinary Arts or related field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a professional kitchen.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in cook skills, kitchen hygiene, stewarding, and effective written and verbal communication. Ability to handle heavy lifting and a strong attention to detail.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced kitchen environment, standing for long periods, exposure to hot surfaces and equipment.
  • Qualities and Traits: Team player, punctual, adaptable, with a passion for cooking and commitment to food safety.
