职位描述

  • Develop new recipes or reformulate existing ones to meet cost, nutrition, or taste objectives.
  • Measure, mix, and prepare ingredients accurately for testing.
  • Document ingredient quantities and preparation methods for reproducibility.
  • Create innovative food products aligned with current trends
  • Collaborate with chefs and marketing teams to align innovation with consumer preferences.
  • Ensure all test kitchen operations comply with food safety standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain proper sanitation and cleanliness during all stages of food preparation.
  • Conduct taste tests and sensory evaluations of new products.
  • Record observations on texture, appearance, flavor, aroma, and overall appeal.
  • Work closely with product developers, quality assurance, procurement, and marketing departments.
  • Maintain detailed logs of formulations, preparation procedures, test results, and feedback.
  • Assess cost-effectiveness of recipes and suggest alternative ingredients where appropriate.
  • Source new ingredients or suppliers as needed.
  • Assist in scaling recipes from kitchen-size batches to production-level quantities.
  • Stay current with culinary and consumer trends, ingredient innovations, and emerging cooking techniques.
  • Attend food expos, trade shows, and R&D meetings as needed.

职位要求

  • Culinary degree or equivalent professional cooking experience.
  • Background in food science or culinary innovation preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with chefs, scientists, and business teams.
  • Creativity, curiosity, and a passion for food.
