职位描述

  • Carpentry: Handle tasks such as door lock installation.
  • Power Tools: Skilled in using power tools for various maintenance activities.
  • Welding: Operate welding machines efficiently and perform welding-related functions as needed.
  • Experience in installing electrical like a wall switch, a wall socket is a plus
  • Tool Management:
  • Ensure proper safekeeping and storage of maintenance tools.
  • Regularly inspect tools and equipment for functionality.
  • Clean and return tools to their designated storage areas after use.

职位要求

  • At least a Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate or equivalent
  • Secondary school graduates or those with TESDA/vocational certifications can apply.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in carpentry, electrician, or welding.
  • Proficient in carpentry
  • Experience in electrical work or welding is a plus
  • Demonstrates a good employment record.
  • Flexible, with initiative,
  • Can work with less supervision
  • Can work with the team
  • Knows how to manage time and work pressure.
