Summary of the Role:

In this role, you will manage and optimize our HubSpot platform, ensuring our teams leverage its full potential to drive revenue growth, enhance customer engagement, and streamline workflows. Your work will involve maintaining data integrity, automating processes, and developing insightful reporting to support decision-making.


What you will do:

HubSpot Administration & Automation

  • Design, implement, and manage workflow automation, including lead flows, email campaigns, nurturing sequences.
  • Administer and maintain HubSpot, including role-based permissions, user onboarding, and integrations.
  • Set up and implement HubSpot best practices for lead generation, sales processes, customer support, knowledge bases, customer portals, and documentation.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to HubSpot.

Database Management & Reporting

  • Ensure HubSpot database hygiene, organization, and segmentation for personalized messaging.
  • Automate data processes (e.g., deduplication, segmentation) using HubSpot workflows.
  • Audit and improve database accuracy and identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain HubSpot reports and dashboards to track performance and provide actionable insights.
  • Present data-driven recommendations to optimize marketing, sales, and customer engagement strategies.

Campaign Management & Activation

  • Develop, execute, and optimize email campaigns to engage leads and customers.
  • Create personalized customer journeys aligned with lifecycle stages.
  • Work with front-end developers and designers to create visually engaging email templates, landing pages, and other assets.

Sales & Marketing Alignment

  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to support revenue strategies
  • Implement lead scoring, tracking, and nurturing strategies to support the sales pipeline.
  • Improve and manage CRM objects, database views, and inboxes for an optimized user experience.

Continuous Improvement & Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Innovate and refine existing processes while developing new features in HubSpot.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to communicate challenges, roadblocks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for CRM objects, automation processes, user permissions, and data management.
  • Provide training and support to team members on HubSpot best practices and new features.

职位要求

  • 2-3 years of experience as a HubSpot Administrator, Marketing Operations Specialist, or in a similar role.
  • HubSpot certifications (e.g., HubSpot Marketing Software, Sales Software) are highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub.
  • Strong data management, automation, and reporting experience.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Strong communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
