职位描述

  • Assists the HR Officer in all HR functions including recruitment, employee development, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Creates and updates 201 Files of Employees
  • Responsible for employee onboarding and off-boarding processes. This includes monitoring for completion of pre-employment requirements and completion of clearance for resigned employees.
  • Assist in planning and implementation of employee training and development activities
  • Assists the HR Officer in ensuring that the company complies with all employment laws and policies.

职位要求

  • A Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Administration or other relevant field of study
  • Work Experience is an advantage but not a requirement.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Held an officer or any leadership position in school organizations is a plus
  • Willing to be trained and have good work ethic
