1.Identifies and tracks laws and regulations that might affect the organization’s policies, practices, and procedures.
2.Manages employee notifications and trainings as required by State labor requirements.
3.Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees in an effort to manage risk and regulatory compliance. ( must have knowledge how to issue NTE & NOD)
4.Ensures all personnel records are maintained as per requirements.
5. Ensures fullfill Dole Inspection compliance
1.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or equivalent experience in HR
2.Minimum of 2 years’ experience working HR in a mid-sized organization
3.Non-gambling company work experience
3.Solid understanding of human resources policies and practices
4.Demonstrated ability to interpret and review significant amounts of data while working within multiple systems.
5.Ability to research, understand and communicate complex and sometimes cumbersome labor laws.
6.Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously with excellent organizational skills.
7.Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills required.
