职位描述

  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training processes.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Facilitate employee relations and conflict resolution.
  • Manage performance appraisal systems.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Analyze HR metrics to drive improvements.
  • Support employee development and retention initiatives.

职位要求

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in HR management or supervision.
  • Skills: Proficient in HRIS, strong communication, employee relations, compensation and benefits, recruiting, leadership development, and people management.
  • Responsibilities: Oversee HR functions, manage employee relations, implement compensation plans, and contribute to talent acquisition.
  • Working Conditions: Office-based, typical business hours, team-oriented environment.
  • Qualities: Must be detail-oriented, proactive, a strong leader, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
