  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest rooms and public areas.
  • Perform routine cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, and mopping.
  • Inspect rooms and report maintenance issues.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest requests.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

职位要求

  • Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience is preferred.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in disinfection, upholstery cleaning, carpet cleaning, general cleaning, furniture care, and customer service.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Maintain cleanliness, perform deep cleaning tasks, ensure proper care of furnishings, and assist customers courteously.
  • Working Conditions: May involve physical labor, working in various residential or commercial settings.
  • Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail, reliability, strong work ethic, and excellent interpersonal skills.
