The SPECIALIST - GRAPHICS is a step above the role of a Graphic Artist and will be responsible for leading the execution of graphic design projects, collaborating with the various teams involved in development, and ensuring that the visual elements of our games meet the highest standards of excellence.

1.        Conceptualize and execute original artwork that effectively communicates the game's theme, story, and gameplay elements.

2.        Collaborate with the art director and design team to understand project requirements and objectives.

3.        Lead the creation of visually captivating and innovative graphic assets, including symbols, backgrounds, user interfaces, and animations for slot machine games.

4.        Utilize advanced graphic design software and tools to develop and refine graphics, ensuring the highest quality outputs.

5.        Provide creative direction and guidance to the Graphic Artists, ensuring the team produces high-quality graphics that meet project goals.

6.        Review and provide constructive feedback on the work of the Graphic Artists, assisting in their professional growth and development.

7.        Collaborate with other artists, designers, and developers to ensure seamless integration of graphics with other game elements.

8.        Stay updated with the latest trends, techniques, and advancements in graphic design and gaming industry.

9.        Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior staff to foster their growth and development.

10.      Contribute to the creation and maintenance of a comprehensive art asset library, ensuring efficient workflow and consistency across projects.

11.      Assist in the documentation and organization of graphic design processes, assets, and style guides.

12.      Participate in brainstorming sessions, providing valuable insights and creative ideas to enhance the visual appeal and player experience of the games.

13.      Meet project deadlines and deliver exceptional graphic assets within established timelines.

14.      Perform other task/s as assigned

• Graduate of an Art, Graphic Design, or Multimedia- related college degree.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Artist or in a similar-level role within the gaming or entertainment industry.
• Extensive expertise in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent tools.
• Exceptional portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of graphic design skills and successful projects in the gaming or entertainment industry.
• Familiarity with game development processes and technical considerations for graphics in interactive experiences.
• In-depth knowledge of UI/UX design principles and experience in creating intuitive user interfaces.
• Strong understanding of design principles, composition, color theory, and typography.
• Excellent artistic and creative abilities, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Ability to provide artistic direction and mentorship to a team of Graphic Artists.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and provide feedback to team members.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
• Passion for gaming and a deep appreciation for visual storytelling and immersive game experiences.
• Technical writing certification is an advantage.
