Assist in tracking and managing the company’s vehicle fleet using fleet management software.
Support scheduling of vehicle maintenance, repairs, and inspections to ensure minimal downtime.
Help monitor fuel usage, mileage logs, and service records.
Coordinate vehicle dispatching, routing, and tracking.
Ensure compliance with relevant transportation regulations and company policies.
Maintain accurate records of vehicle registration, insurance, and servicing.
Assist with vendor communication for vehicle maintenance and leasing.
Prepare regular reports related to fleet operations and performance.

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Transport Management, or a related field. ( No restriction on major, logistics-related majors are preferred)
Able to transfer throughout the Philippines.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Analytical mindset and keen attention to detail.
Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced operational environment.
