About the role

PHILMETAL PRODUCTS, Inc.' is seeking a First Aider to join our team in Makati City Metro Manila. This is a contract role, where you will be responsible for providing first aid and emergency medical assistance to our employees on-site. As a First Aider, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

What you'll be doing

Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide first aid treatment to injured or ill employees

Assess the situation, determine the appropriate course of action, and administer necessary first aid procedures

Maintain accurate records of all incidents and first aid treatments provided

Ensure the first aid kits and supplies are well-stocked and in good condition

Liaise with external medical services, such as ambulances, if required

Participate in safety and emergency response training programs

Promote a culture of workplace safety and health awareness among employees

What we're looking for

Valid first aid certification or training

Experience in providing first aid and emergency medical assistance, preferably in an industrial or construction setting

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to effectively handle medical emergencies

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with injured employees and coordinate with external medical services

Commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment

Knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations and procedures
